Why a common man in Gurgaon prefers Huda Affordable Housing Project over Group Housing Project?

The Haryana government made a policy in 2013 for providing a home for each family as its top priority. The Government of Haryana has taken big steps towards fulfilling the long-standing public objective of Housing for All in form Affordable Housing Projects. HUDA Affordable Housing projects are projects that come under Huda Affordable Housing Scheme. Under this affordable housing scheme, builders are taking license and developing the residential project of affordable flats that cost 12-27 lacs to buyers. Additionally, the subsidy on home loans under PMYA has been increased to make it easier for the common man to own an Affordable home. In Affordable Housing government has fixed the rate for carpet area that is 4000 rs per square feet in Gurgaon and 3600 Rs/ square feet in South of Gurgaon while the rate for balconies area has kept 500 Rs/ square feet.
